“Angela Langner changed my life. I went to see her just wanting to go on a diet but go a lot more than I bargained for. I am a 5’6 twenty four year old male who weighted 210 pounds when I saw Angela at the end of January 2010. By June 21st, I weighted 157 pounds bringing my total weight loss to 53 pounds in less than 6 months. Angela tells me that the weight loss was all me and my commitment but I know I couldn’t have done it without her. You see Angela has a talent for adjusting a food plan to the foods you already like to eat. She doesn’t cut out your favorite foods but makes them healthier and more nutritious. “I had the pleasure of meeting Angela Langner R.D when I contacted her for some nutritional counseling. Throughout my lifetime I have tried many different ways to control my cholesterol-triglycerides and came up short. When I met Angela my cholesterol was 230 and my triglycerides were 600.Thinking that I was eating well, I had it all wrong. Angela changed my way of eating and showed me the way that food adds energy to my body. After a month after meeting Angela I had a major break through my test results they were ‘Amazing’.
